Athletic Training Room
The athletic training room at Hartnell College is located in the basement of the main gymnasium (room H 06). Hours of operation are 12 pm to 6 pm during the Fall semester and 12 pm to 5 pm during the Spring semester. The athletic trainer on duty may be covering football practice or a game, so please check the door to find them. There is also a satellite athletic training room in the field house (P building) that is only used during home games in that vicinity.
If you are planning on being an athlete at Hartnell College, you may print out the forms necessary. All athletes must complete the “Assumption of Risk” and “Athletic Insurance Form”. First time athletes must also complete a physical with a licensed physician (MD or DO) or a physician extender (NP or PA). Chiropractors’ signatures are not allowed. There will be numerous opportunities to get a free physical at Hartnell. The form “Athletic Physical Examination” is also available for printing if you would like to get your own physical. Returning athletes must complete a “Sophomore Health Screening” in the athletic training room. Please see the athletic trainer for details on available times. You may also print out this form prior to coming in. All forms need to be turned into the athletic training room before you are allowed to compete as an athlete for Hartnell College.
