On December 3, 2016, Priscilla Ruiz, participated in the All-Star Sophomore Showcase game at the Final Four event. Priscilla plays midfielder and forward for the Hartnell College Women’s Soccer team. She has been instrumental to and a leader for the team’s success thus receiving the First Team All-Conference this year. Priscilla is majoring in Kinesiology and general requirements for transfer. She has not decided what institution she wants to go to next, but she is looking for an outof-state program. She is planning to continue to play soccer at a four-year college and pursue her passion. “I love being around and helping athletes. If I can't be playing soccer anymore then I might as well help other athletes continue to do what they love,” expressed Priscilla. She was born in Salinas and was introduced to soccer when she was in fourth grade; she has loved the sport ever since. We are proud to help student-athletes like Priscilla pursue their true passion through higher education.
