Falcons succumb to Hartnell in 2nd half

The Folsom Lake men's basketball team dropped to 1-3 with an 87-69 loss at Hartnell on Saturday night.  After their season-opening win, they've now lost three straight games as they search for more offense behind their all-conference big man, Dane Johnson.  The Falcons were close at half, 44-39, but as has been the case over the last three games, they were unable to keep up in the second half.  With most teams double-teaming Johnson, his points have been much harder to come by.  The Falcons hope to find someone to step up and take some of the defense of their big man.  At Hartnell, Johnson tallied 18 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.  Freshman Te'And Indalecio scored 15 and just might provide the help the Falcons need.  Alan Davis Jr. made good use of his 12 minutes on the floor as he hit 3-of-4 for 7 points and also grabbed 6 rebounds.

The Falcons will return to action on Saturday at the Columbia College Classic Tournament in Sonora when they take on West Hills Coalinga at 6:00 pm.
