SAN FRANCISCO – City College of San Francisco picked up its third straight win with its 2-1 Coast Conference victory over Hartnell College on Friday.
The Rams improved to 8-4 overall and is 3-3 in the Coast Conference North Division standings.
CCSF was up 1-0 at halftime thanks to Antonin Lesperance's goal in the 28th minute. Jose Magallon provided a vital insurance goal in the 51st minute that proved to be the game-winner.
Hartnell got a goal in the 53rd to cut the Rams' lead in half, but CCSF was able to hold on for the win.
The Rams are back in action on Tuesday (Oct. 22) when they host Las Positas College in a 1:30 p.m. Coast Conference game.
