Bio

Prior to Hartnell:  Salvador ran three years of cross country for the Cowboys of Salinas High School. He placed 57th as a senior at the newly formed PCAL Championship. Salvador competed in one season of track concentrating on the m iddle distances. 

"Salvador approached me in the spring before graduation asking about cross country. I'm glad he took the initiative because since then he's worked diligently to get into shape and should surprise himself by end of season. He's got enough leg speed to run a 24 minute four mile race this season but we'll need to get the endurance base quickly."
