Overall the Women finished 5th and the Men finished 7th out of the 12 teams in the conference.
This was only our second year competing in Coast Conference Championships since 2003 and I could not be prouder of the team's effort and the way that they carried themselves throughout the meet. They poured their hearts into it and every team that they beat is a testament to their work ethic.
I also have to acknowledge the amazing job my Assistant Coaches Tom Campbell, Bob Enea, and Chance Williams have done in preparing these student-athletes to perform their best under pressure.
