Women's T&F Excels in Shift to Online Spring

The 2020 track & field season was cut short March 15 and the state of California was directed to shelter-in-place for the remainder of the academic semester. The Hartnell College women's track & field team still managed to excel in the classroom despite all courses shifting to distance education only. Ten women recorded GPA marks of 3.500 or higher and another four were between 3.00-3.49. An amazing five women earned perfect 4.00 GPA's for the semester which included co-valedictorians Daniela Salazar and Isabelle Torres. Sophomores Alyssa Pena and Lorena Gonzalez along with freshman Faith Mora also achieved the perfect mark.
