Prior to Hartnell: Isabelle ran three years of cross country for the Cowboys of Salinas High School. It was her senior year that Isabelle made her biggest improvement placing second overall at the Salinas City Championship and eighth overall at the MBL Championship in a Toro Park personal best 20:07. A top 30 finisher at the CCS Championship, Isabelle was consistently the Cowboys top runner.

She prepared herself extremely well for four year transfer academically but saw we could help her bring her running up to the same level.
