Bio

Prior to Hartnell: David competed for four years in cross country at Monterey High School with his senior season being an abbreviated version due to the pandemic. David advanced to the CCS Championship his sophomore year placing 49th. 

"David is a swimmer and runner. The cardiovascular conditioning gained from swim training has helped him be competitive in high school and now with a large group of teammates he will see what the advantages are for running. David has never had a track season so it will be interesting to see how he responds to some of the faster training in the fall."
